The main data center is a biometric, disaster proof, 24/7 managed facility in Jacksonville, Florida with over a dozen redundant Internet connections. 2. Your storage is in a center so secure it is used by Bank of America, AOL, and the Jacksonville Jaguars. 3. There is currently a replication server in a similar facility in Orange Park, Florida, and soon there will be a third in either Charlotte, NC or Cincinnati, OH. Your data backups will be in three different cities for redundancy. 4. We support your backups at no charge with your subscription. Need an emergency restore? We will do it at no charge. 5. The cost for this service is roughly a third of what some major backup providers, such as Iron Mountain and Live Vault charge. 6. Get the peace of mind of daily reports in your e-mail. 7.
