October 27, 2008 Dear MouseCalls, Just a note to tell you how pleased I was with your computer service. Not only did you correct my computer problem but a weeks later I had trouble with my speaker system. A technician was sent out, diagnosed my problem and got it corrected for no additional charge. Gary Doney, AKA Buster, was very knowledgeable and professional about assessing my trouble. Also I want to commend Gordon who originally picked up my computer at the onset. Not knowing about all this high tech stuff (I'm still a pencil pusher - remember pencils??) so I feel confnident in your people that serviced me. Hopefully I won't need you but it's nice to know you are there when I do. Through a remote to your site, he was able to restore my outgoing email ability for my system. Buster was most creditable and professional in dealing with my problem. In addition, he was both understanding and friendly in providing a solution to the difficulty with my email. He was also very patient in working with me to eliminate the problem. You and your company are most fortunate in having a staff member with the qualifications and personal skills which Buster possesses. Buster and I discovered that we both grew up in Fort Myers, Florida, went to the same high school, were Eagle Scouts, and members of the Order of the Arrow, an honorary scouting organization! What a small world! Thanks again for being the only computer service company I trust with providing the excellence I expect and receive. Jerry A. Brown March 2, 2007 I am extremely happy with the advice that Noah gave me in saving my old iTunes files, from an external hard-drive, to my PC. My iTunes on my PC would no longer recognize the iTunes library from my external hard drive. I had previously imported my iTunes library from the external hard drive, but my computer wouldn’t recognize them as the original files. Noah advised me that if I truly wanted to transfer the files from the old iTunes library I had to create a folder and transfer them into that folder, on the desktop of my PC, then add the new folder to the iTunes library on my computer. It WORKED!
On another note, you may remember the trouble I was having with my internet service after Mouse Calls installed a wireless network for the three computers in my home. You sent a service tech over here twice and you came over once yourself. You changed the router that you had originally installed, but that didn’t fix it. You advised me that you had a hunch Comcast was upgrading their service and it must be incompatible with my modem. I had Comcast service tech’s at my home on three different occasions. They put in a dedicated line for the internet (separate from cable TV), they changed the modem to the most current model, and they checked the strength of the signal coming through the line. Everything was registering normal, but my service was still incredibly slow. You asked me to keep you informed whether or not the problem cleared up. Well, after Comcast assured me that everything was registering fine from their end I thought the problem must be with the equipment that Mouse Calls installed. Then one day everything started working at the speed I was use to. It seems like everything just started working. I think your hunch must have been correct. The problem must have been on Comcast’s end because everything’s working fine now and I haven’t changed any of the equipment that you installed. I just want to thank you for your dedication to service. I greatly appreciate the amount of time and attention that you and your tech’s gave us following the installation of our wireless internet.

Your company recently fixed my laptop and I want you to know what superb customer service I received. The problem was not resolved the first time and when I called back it was taken back in and addressed immediately. Later, when I could not get online you dispatched someone out to my home quickly. I was not charged any additional fees beyond the initial fee.
Gordon went above and beyond to make everything work and was very accommodating. Mouse Calls, your customer service is some of the BEST anywhere. Your team members are all positive and pleasant. I highly recommend you to anyone. What a great way to run a business! Congratulations!
