Alan Reeves
Alan founded MouseCalls in February of 1998, after working for Packard Bell NEC computers as a local technical representative. Alan saw a need for professional IT support for individuals and small businesses that was not being met.

Alan grew the business to 500 clients before electing to expand in 2003. Now, MouseCalls serves more than 4000 clients, with a concentration on small businesses and non-profits.

Alan is married to Jamie Reeves, and has two daughters, Caitlin (8) and Amelia(5). They live in the Bellevue area of Nashville.

Tim Riddle
Tim started with MouseCalls in September of 2004. Tim is our laptop and hardware guru. Tim is proficient in both Mac and PC, and works primarily in the Nashville headquarters performing work on computers brought into the shop, as well as remote support services for clients.

Paul Peziol

Paul came on board at MouseCalls as a part time technician in the fall of 2004. Carving out a niche for himself, Paul now supports some of our largest clients, including the Tennessee Special Olympics and the Multiple Sclerosis Society essentially single-handedly. Paul also engineers and maintains much of the internal MouseCalls infrastructure.

Gordon Ryan
Gordon joined MouseCalls in December 2005. Gordon handles all the desktop projects at the Nashville headquarters. Gordon is a true expert in the science of eliminating current virus and spyware threats and is well ahead of the curve in developing new ways to keep your computer safe. Gordon's outside interests include fine cigars and an appreciation for older vehicles.

Brian's tenure with MouseCalls began in March 2008.  He is fluent in both Mac and PC, and loves to tackle outside-of-the-box projects that many companies won't touch.  Mr. Coulam has a degree in Computer Networking Technology, and likes to extend his knowledge of the technical world in his spare time.  He also enjoys working with mobile devices such as Blackberries, Windows Mobile PDAs, and iPhones as well as getting them to communicate with computers.  Brian currently gets some of the highest client feedback reviews in MouseCalls' history.

Brian Coulam currently lives in the Bellevue area and finds delight in a Sunday afternoon game of golf.  Regardless of the project or activity, Brian loves to put his mind to anything to get the right outcome.

Eric Hamiter
Eric is our part-time in-house technician (though at times we wish he were with us 24/7). Eric manages IT services at a Nashville law firm, and stays on the cutting edge of technology. Even though he is a weekend MouseCaller, he has been invaluable in bringing new tools and technologies to work for us.

Andrew Kennedy
Andrew is the newest edition to the MouseCalls family.  Andrew is a Service Center technician specializes in hardware issues and the Linux operating system.
